Migration guide

We now accept the optional v (version) parameter with every request. From 09 March 2021, it defaults to 2 if you omit it. Pass it as 1 (&v=1) to receive data 1.0. To process data 2.0, you need to take these steps:

Changelog

Starting August 1st, 2024, the v=1 version of HypeAuditor API Solutions will be deprecated and will no longer be supported or maintained. To avoid disruptions and benefit from the latest features and improvements, please migrate to the latest version of the API as soon as possible. Detailed migration instructions can be found below:

Rename fields

We renamed some fields to add clarity and match the web version of the report.

  1. followers_reachability is now audience_reachability. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  2. followers_quality is now audience_authenticity. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  3. followers_reach is now audience_type. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  4. followers_geography is now audience_geography. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  5. followers_languages is now audience_languages. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  6. comments_authentity is now comments_authenticity (finally), podClass removed.
  7. audience_thematics is now audience_interests. Data comes in the same format, you need to rename.
  8. lc_ratio_chart is now likes_comments_ratio_chart

Remove fields

We removed some fields and provided substitutions.

  1. likers_quality removed, merged to audience_authenticity. You can remove the corresponding field in your report or use the new data.
  2. likers_reach removed, merged to audience_type. You can remove the corresponding field in your report or use the new data.
  3. likers_languages previously deprecated, removed. You can use audience_languages instead.
