List of possible error codes:

| 1 | Unknown Error | Something went wrong, please contact us via email at [email protected] |
| 3 | Unknown API Method | URL you request does not exist |
| 4 | Invalid Token | The token you have passed is not valid |
| 5 | Wrong Token Type | You send a wrong type of token |
| 8 | Invalid Request | Your request is invalid, in some cases, we will show you the reason, but in some cases not. Please get in touch with us via email at [email protected], if you have trouble understanding what exactly is incorrect in your request |
| 15 | Access Denied | You do not have access |
| 16 | Report not found | The report required is not available |
| 23 | You are using outdated version of api, switch to new version | Please, refer to v2 Migration guide |
| 24 | Empty Token | X-Auth-Token header is empty |
| 25 | Service Unavailable | The service is unavailable at this moment |
| 26 | Not enough money | You do not have credits in your account |
| 27 | No API Access | You do not have API access |
| 30 | Account is private | You are requesting a private influencer account |
| 31 | Not enough followers | Influencer account does not have enough followers for tracking |
| 32 | Not enough posts | Influencer does not have enough posts for tracking |
| 33 | Private Account | Account is private. We do not track private accounts! |
| 34 | Suspected activity | Your account is marked as suspended |
| 35 | No Discovery Request | You do not have discovery requests |
| 36 | Low Views | Influencer account does not have enough views for tracking |
| 37 | Restricted Account | Influencer account has an age restriction |
